Eerst de training van afgelopen week. Vrij rustig weekje, met hierin 2 * een zwemtraining in Galder (op de fiets, helemaal rond = c.a. 2,5 KM zwemmen).
Afgelopen zaterdag lange duurloop gedaan, 23KM in c.a. 2uur.
Temperatuur c.a. 25 graden. Ging redelijk.
Zaterdag alvast mijn verjaardags kado besteld. Het is een Aqua Sphere Racer wetsuit geworden.
De reden dat mijn oude wetsuite er uit gaat, is vanwege het ontbreken van armen. Omdat mjin handen gevoel loos worden wanneer mijn armen te veel afkoelen mis ik veel kracht.
Hopelijk is dit probleem dus straks opgelost.
