Afgelopen week wel erg veel last gehad van een spiertje in de knieholte (onderaan de hamstring). Maandag ging het nog, en toen heb ik nog een rustig herstel loopje gedaan. Dinsdag en woensdag kon ik echter bijna niet normaal lopen. Vandaag lijkt eht weg te zijn. Misschien vanavond nog 5KM, voordat ik naar de leden vergadering ga van de WBTV.<\/p>\n<p>Ben benieuwd. Ik hoop een tijd onder de 3u30.
