De 70KM op 9 augustus werden er 55, maar de andere lange duurlopen waren daarna 50KM of meer. Ook de trainingen tijdens mijn vakantie waren 4 maal in plaats van twee maal per week, dus ik denk dat in combinatie met de vele wandelkilometers een goede basis is gelegd voor het duurvermogen voor de 100KM a.s. weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"607\" height=\"152\" src=\"https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-122.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-122.png 607w, https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-122-300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-122-150x38.png 150w, https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-122-500x125.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 607px) 100vw, 607px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vandaag (zondag) een rustdag en dan a.s. week nog wat rustige kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook het gewicht is ondanks de vakantie nog wat verder afgenomen.
