Veel te veel gegeten, en na ongeveer een kilometer al erg\u00a0veel last van mijn maag. In Sprundel was ik zo misselijk dat ik bijna moest overgeven. Dit duurde ongeveer tot Rijsbergen, dus zo&#8217;n 12KM. Hierna ging het beter, maar tussen Rijsbergen en zundert kreeg ik flinke buik krampen. Ik kon\u00a0 nog net op tijd de bossen in, en toen dat achter de rug was, begon ik eindelijk pas lekker te lopen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/17-sep-2011.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-763\" title=\"17-sep-2011\" src=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/17-sep-2011.bmp\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"277\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nadat ik Zundert door was, ben ik gaan versnellen, en dat is ook goed te zien in mijn hartslag grafiek.<\/p>\n<p>2u54 over c.a. 31KM\u00a0 met een gemiddelde hartslag van 145.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deze keer mijn duurloop op vrijdag avond. &nbsp; Het begint heel erg slecht.
