Da&#8217;s vrij prijzig dus, en inclusief arbeidsloon toch nog een pittig bedrag. Martens heeft gelijk een prijsopgave gedaan voor de schade (224,95) en dit heb ik doorgemaild naar de mevrouw die me aangereden heeft.\u00a0Deze\u00a0namen gelijk contact met me op, en dinsdag avond hebben we toen\u00a0het schade formulier ingevuld en samen ondertekend.<\/p>\n<p>Ik heb alvast (op aanraden van Martens) 2 bandjes gekocht, want deze zijn zo goed als versleten.\u00a0Sowieso wil ik op clinchers (draadbandjes) starten, omdat ik geen risico&#8217;s wil nemen in verband met\u00a0 lekke tubes etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Het zijn weer de Schwalbe Ultremo R1&#8217;s geworden. Ik vond een\u00a0review over deze banden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you\u2019re after a lightweight clincher that really zings along the road, Schwalbe&#8217;s Ultremo does the business \u2013 it\u2019s been one of our favourite race tyres for a while now.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our R.1 pair (that\u2019s R for race, by the way) hit the road.cc scales at just 188g apiece \u2013 slightly higher than the manufacturer\u2019s claimed 180g, but still extremely light. As the weight suggests, there isn\u2019t a whole lot of material used here \u2013 the nylon carcass is fairly fine (127 TPI) and the smooth tread isn\u2019t that deep at all. Schwalbe use their High Density Guard in these, which is a densely woven puncture protection belt, but in our experience these tyres don\u2019t offer the best defence against flats \u2013 like a lot of skinny race tyres. etc. etc.<\/p>\n<p>Eindigt met:<\/p>\n<p>Not the most durable clinchers out there, but grippy and very, very fast<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afgelopen maandag mijn fiets naar Martens gebracht voor het herstellen van het slag in mijn achterwiel, van de remhandle en\u00a0nakijken van de rest van mijn fiets.
