Het herstel na de marathon gaat goed.<br \/>\nKomende weken vooral veel fietsen, en ook de zwemkilometers moeten omhoog.<\/p>\n<p>Vorige week een paar uurtjes gefietst, en deze week afgelopen zaterdag 2 uur en maandag en vandaag anderhalf uur.<br \/>\nGisteren 10KM gerend, maar\u00a0mijn bovenbenen voelde niet goed aan. Wel lekker gezwommen (c.a. 2400 meter)<\/p>\n<p>A.s. Zaterdag wil ik een lange duurloop gaan doen, en a.s. zondagochtend (1e paasdag) 3 uur fietsen en een half uurtje rennen (koppeltraining), want Maaike moet s&#8217;ochtens toch werken.<\/p>\n<p>2e Paasdag een rustdag. We gaan met de wijkverening een wandeltocht doen in Zundert, en hier gaan we op de fiets naar toe. (Valt helaas precies gelijk met de zwemloop in Hoeven, dus daar moet ik verstek laten gaan)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/20_april_2011.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-545\" title=\"20_april_2011\" src=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/20_april_2011.bmp\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vandaag c.a. 43 KM gefietst.
