{"id":3709,"date":"2016-05-20T14:07:56","date_gmt":"2016-05-20T12:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/?p=3709"},"modified":"2016-05-20T14:07:56","modified_gmt":"2016-05-20T12:07:56","slug":"1-maand-voor-de-zugspitz-trail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/?p=3709","title":{"rendered":"1 maand voor de Zugspitz trail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nog een kleine maand voor de Zugspitz Ultratrail.<\/p>\n<p>Afgelopen weken heb ik de draad weer goed opgepakt, en ben ik weer lekker bezig geweest.<br \/>\nDe trainings omvang is wel wat lager dan afgelopen Februari, maar de zwaarste week zit er nog aan te komen.<br \/>\nGelukkig zijn de problemen met mijn rug zo goed als over.<br \/>\nHet lopen gaat dus een stuk lekkerder nu, maar ik merk wel dat ik nog steeds te zwaar ben.<br \/>\nDe vrije dagen met hemelvaart en pinksteren hebben me wat dat betreft geen goed gedaan, en ik moet dus nog wel even een paar weken op mijn gewicht gaan letten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ook de nodige rust kan ik momenteel niet echt vinden.<br \/>\nVooral deze week in combinatie met de standby dienst tot nu toe nauwelijks achter mijn pc vandaan gekomen.<br \/>\nA.s. weekend komt er nog een communifeest + een paar bezoeken bij terwijl ik zaterdag en zondag ook een paar installaties op het programma heb staan.<br \/>\nEn tussendoor wil ik ook Jan en Misja nog aan gaan moedigen&#8230;.<br \/>\nHopelijk kan ik in ieder geval zaterdag ochtend een duurloop van c.a. 4 uur afwerken, en als me dat lukt ben ik al heel erg tevreden.<\/p>\n<p>Ook ga ik volgende week nog even alles wat ik verplicht mee moet nemen tijdens de trail uitzoeken.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/spitz.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3711\" src=\"http:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/spitz-300x215.jpg\" alt=\"spitz\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/spitz-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/spitz-150x108.jpg 150w, https:\/\/triathlon.ict-oke.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/spitz.jpg 614w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDer SALOMON ZUGSPITZ ULTRATRAIL is a single trail run in the Alps.<br \/>\nPortions of the courses of the ULTRATRAIL, SUPERTRAIL XL, SUPERTRAIL, BASETRAIL XL and BASETRAIL include high alpine trails passages demanding particular experience and skill of the participants.<\/p>\n<p>It is mandatory to carry the following equipment during the entire competition:<\/p>\n<p>trail running shoes with a tread that is suitable for running in alpine terrain<br \/>\nLabeling of a competitor\u2019s food \/ beverage supplies by the individual\u2019s start number<br \/>\nFoul-weather gear for protection from the elements (as a minimum water-proof rain coat)<br \/>\nWarm clothing (long-sleeved shirt and running pants) as insulating layers underneath the rain gear (in case of bad weather conditions which may set in suddenly in high mountain territory);<br \/>\nbasic rule: it is not allowed to see any skin!<br \/>\nGloves and a warm hat<br \/>\nFunctioning headlamp and replacement batteries (does not apply to BASETRAIL XL or BASETRAIL)<br \/>\nX-Mug to get drinks at the food stations<br \/>\nWater tank containing at least 1,5 liters (BASETRAIL XL and BASETRAIL 1 l)<br \/>\nEmergency kit (1x sterile dressing 4\u201dx4\u201d, 2x field dressing, 2x sterile gloves, 1x triangular bandage, 4x band-aids 1x emergency whistle, blister pads, rescue blanket)<br \/>\nGPX watch with complete course data saved to memory, alternatively: the printed course map(s) and elevation profile (issued at registration on race date)<br \/>\nRunning Back pack<br \/>\nMobile phone with Medical Crew Number saved in its address book to be able to make emergency calls (it must be made sure that the phone can make calls from within Austria as well)<br \/>\nAlso recommended: sun screen, fatty cream against chafing, additional supply of own food and beverages, blister tapes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nog een kleine maand voor de Zugspitz Ultratrail.
