Daarna 15 min duurloop zone 1, 20 minuten duurloop zone 2, 10 minuten duurloop zone 3, en je eindigt weer met 10 minute in zone 1.<\/p>\n<p>De zones heb ik als volgt in gesteld:<br \/>\n80-145 inlopen<br \/>\n155-162 D1<br \/>\n169-169 D2<br \/>\n179-183 D3<\/p>\n<p>Was vrij pittig, maar na afloop herstelde ik vrij snel.<\/p>\n<p>Morgen een rustig herstl loopje samen met Maaike, en dan Zaterdag 30Km<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nog 45 Dagen tot aan de marathon&#8230;&#8230; Vandaag een Climax training.
