Komende weken moet ik proberen zoveel mogelijk kilometers te maken, zonder geblesseerd te raken, of overtraind te worden. Afgelopen weekend alvast begonnen met vrijdag en zondag trainingen van c.a. 25KM en zaterdag ook nog een flinke wandeling (happen en stappen) van 16KM.<\/p>\n<p>Helaas heb ik wel wat last van mijn achillespezen, dus de tweede lange training van zondag (26KM) heb ik zo veel mogelijk op zachte ondergrond gedaan.
