Ik had gevraagd welke sportdrank uitgedeeld werd tijdens de marathon, zodat hier nog een paar keer mee getrained kan worden.<br \/>\nHet is AA High Energy&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>A.s. woensdag ga ik tussen de middag lopen met Riny (Collega Organon).<br \/>\nOmdat de training gisteren vrij zwaar ging, heb ik vandaag een erg rustig herstel loopje gedaan.<br \/>\nTotale afstand 7KM.
