Geen Hel van Karsterlee dit jaar, dus kan ik me nog een keer helemaal op de marathon van Spijkenisse gaan richten. Afgelopen week heb ik daarom een 10 weken schema gemaakt, en via Garmin connect naar mijn Garmin 910 gestuurd. Heb inmiddels een paar trainingen hier van afgewerkt, en ben heel erg blij met de manier waarop dit in zijn werk gaat. Als richt tijd 3u30 genomen,\u00a0maar als ik kijk naar mijn trainingen voor de marathon Eindhoven 2008 (3u34), zou ik daar flink onder moeten komen, wanneer ik dit schema aanhoud.
