Alhoewel wekelijks&#8230;..het was al weer\u00a0meer dan 3 weken geleden, omdat ik verstek moest laten gaan in verband met een zwemloop, een operatie en de wedstrijd van vorige week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Het was lekker weer vanochtend, en toen ik zo iets over 7 vertrok kwam het zonnetje al op.<\/p>\n<p>De ronde Rucphen &#8211;\u00a0Klein Zundert &#8211; Zundert\u00a0(c.a. 23,5KM in 2uur en 5 minuten\u00a0gelopen in een voor mij erg lage hartslag (rond de 137 slagen per minuut)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vandaag weer op tijd uit bed voor mijn wekelijkse lange duurloop.
