Lange duurloop op vrijdagavond, en fietsen (90KM) op zondag. Het weer was erg slecht, en ik was blij dat rond 11u de training er op zat.<\/p>\n<p>Volgende week de 1\/3 triathlon in Aarschot.<br \/>\n2050M zwemmen<br \/>\n60K fietsen<br \/>\n15KM hardlopen<\/p>\n<p>Zwemmen en hardlopen zijn verder dan de 1\/3 in gastel.<\/p>\n<p>Hierna moet ik de kilometers flink opvoeren. Vooral veel fietskilometers, omdat dit nog\u00a0het minst belastend is\u00a0voor de hernia klachten.<br \/>\nAfgelopen vrijdag te mri scan opgehaald, zodat ik deze bij o.a. de fysio kan laten\u00a0zien.<\/p>\n<p>Nog 9 weken (1 maand en 30 dagen) te gaan voor Almere.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Afgelopen week twee duurtrainingen kunnen doen.
