Alleen de lange duurloop viel een beetje tegen. de 31 KM gingen qua conditie \/ vooruitgang op zich goed, maar ik kreeg gaandeweg weer een beetje last van pijn aan de knie. Hierdoor besloot ik vanaf 20KM het tempo omlaag te doen, zodat ik in ieder geval de 30KM vol kon maken. De duurloop was deze keer op vrijdag, omdat zaterdag geen optie was (s&#8217;ochtends voetbal Levi &#8211; waar hij 4 van de 6 doelpunten scoorde), en s&#8217;middag&#8217;s een feestje in Zeeland.<\/p>\n<p>Zondag weer gezwommen\u00a0en gefietst met de club. 85KM met een gemiddelde van 30KM per uur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nog 2 maanden en 29 Dagen voor de hele triathlon van Hannover, en nog&#8230;. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 41 dagen te gaan voor de marathon van Rotterdam. \u00a0Afgelopen week lekker getraind.
