Vanwege de duathlon van Etten-Leur vervalt de fiets training, en ga ik in plaats daarvan een lange duurloop doen.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer ik met rust gelaten wordt (moet standby staan voor Toyota), en wanneer het lekker gaat, misschien 3 rondes van 10,2KM.
